Legal notice
This is a translation for convenience. The binding version of this document is the Spanish one: the Spanish version. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
This page exists because article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) requires any website with commercial activity to identify who is behind it. What governs the product lives in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who runs this site and the service
| Owner | Juan García Valero |
| Tax ID (NIF) | [NIF] |
| Address for notices | [DOMICILIO] |
| info@aseptic.dev | |
| Activity | Development and commercialisation of software for developers |
| Website | aseptic.dev |
Aseptic is a personal product of its owner, built and sold with his own resources and independently of any employer.
2. What you will find here, and on what terms
This site describes Aseptic, lets you download the application, and gives access to the paid plans. Access is free and open; browsing it makes you a user and implies acceptance of this notice.
Use of the software is governed by its licence agreement (EULA) and, if you subscribe, by the Terms of Service. This notice covers the website only.
3. Purchases and invoicing
Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller shown on your invoice, processes the payment and settles the taxes. Cancellation and refund conditions are in the refund policy.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of this site — text, design, code, brand, logo and images — belong to Juan García Valero or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may quote and link to this site freely, citing the source. You may not reproduce it in full, transform it, or exploit it commercially without written permission.
The software bundles third-party open source components, each under its own licence; they
are listed in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file shipped with the application.
5. Liability
The owner is not liable for:
- Damage caused by interruptions, viruses or technical failures outside his control, nor for the site being temporarily unavailable.
- The content of third-party sites linked from here. Links are provided to make information easier to reach, do not imply endorsement, and the owner neither controls nor answers for that content.
- What you do with the information published here. The technical documentation describes how the product works; it is not professional advice for your particular case.
None of the above excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor any rights consumer protection law gives you.
6. Linking to this site
You may link to aseptic.dev without asking, provided you do not suggest a commercial or
sponsorship relationship that does not exist, do not reproduce the site inside a frame,
and do not accompany the link with false or disparaging statements.
7. Data protection and cookies
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. This site uses no first-party cookies and no analytics; the detail is in the cookie policy.
8. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, and without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers — who may sue in the courts of their own domicile — the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile.
If you are a consumer and want to complain, write to info@aseptic.dev first: we answer within five working days at most. You may also turn to the consumer authorities of your country or, for data protection matters, to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
